Perfect for assessing video or optical inspection systems and cameras. This convenient size (50.8 x 50.8 x 1.5mm nominal) can be viewed directly or projected using a 35mm slide projector. The pattern is a 'standard' and includes two scales: EIA Equal Steps Transmission (Linear) and EIA Equal Steps Density (Logarithmic). Each scale has nine steps, ranging from 3% to 60% transmission (EIA 20:1). All steps are precisely obtained through an ultra-precise halftone pattern. Pitch is 0.001". The steps are side-by-side, 0.200" x 0.100", without spaces or borders. Transmissions and Densities are displayed below with strict tolerances. The scale is made of permanent chrome on glass material, resistant to harsh environments. The background is opaque with an Optical Density of 3.0 (T = 0.1%).
